Welcome to Rev Philip Price

Rev Phil’s installation took place at All Saints’ Church in Leamington Hastings on Tuesday 11 January. We warmly welcome Phil and his family to our church family. We’re looking forward to getting to know him, Esther, and their family. Phil’s installation marks the beginning of a new phase of ministry, both for him and us. It is a joyful moment and one to which we all come with a high sense of anticipation of God’s blessing on the years ahead.

Following updated guidance we ask you to wear face coverings for our church services. Our churches are open during the day for private prayer. Please continue to use hand sanitiser on entry.

A Prayer for Ukraine

We pray for the Ukraine and all who are caught up and suffering as a result of recent events there. You can see a video of Bishop Christopher’s call to pray for the Ukraine here: https://vimeo.com/682477449.

A Bible verse to reflect on:
They took palm branches and went out to meet him, shouting, “Hosanna!”, “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!”, “Blessed is the king of Israel!” (John Ch12 v13)

Two Years of the Pandemic
Wednesday last week was the second anniversary of when we first went into lockdown. Whilst restrictions have now eased and in some ways it may feel like we are coming out the other side, the last 2 years will have had a profound impact on all of us in many ways. To mark this Phil, Karen and Karen have produced a short online service to mark the anniversary and give space to reflect on the last two years. You can see the service on our new Facebook page at:
https://www.facebook.com/110307994955732/videos/5105795182805795

Or on our YouTube Channel at

At the moment there are no plans to do anything else to mark the end of the pandemic, but if you found the video helpful and/or would value the space to reflect on the last two years physically, please e-mail Phil and if there is demand for it he will arrange a physical service space for us to reflect and process.

Lent Lunches
There is a Lent Lunch at Broadwell Methodist Chapel on Wednesday 13 April from midday to 1.30pm. Everyone will be very welcome.
