Partnership with Shack Schools, Lebanon

Lebanon is a tiny country struggling with an enormous problem – the massive influx of refugees fleeing the horrors of civil war in neighbouring Syria.

For the next 3 years, the Draycote Benefice are supporting ‘Shack Schools’, a Global Care project. Shack Schools provide an important basic education for the children of Syrian refugees who have fled their homes and, in this case, are living across the border in Lebanon. We are committed to raising a minimum of £1500 each year for the project.
