Our village harvest supper was magnificently organised by Liz and Gaynor with lots of helpers, and attended by nearly 60 people. Hosted by Birdingbury Club, we sat at trestle tables and enjoyed a superb harvest offering of roasted ham with a variety of salads. Table monitors took responsibility for carving and serving the meat. Veggie options included delicious quiches. Home made apple crumbles and pies followed with lashings of custard and cream.
A lovely sociable evening with chatter and laughter. We were delighted to be joined by new Rector Rev Ali and husband Pete.
